Heavy

I have been over weight for far to long about 3 weeks ago I decided it is time for a change. I have been working out in the basement on my old weight set for about 45 minutes a day. This is a start I need a bike or something for cardiovascular so I am working on getting one. I have been eating less but not better this 2 needs some fine tuning. No more excuses thought! I must transform myself into myself for I have not been me for some time now. So me willing and God willing I will acheive my goal of lossing 60 pounds by next year at this time. Faliure is not an option! My kids need me in their life I will not fall them or my self.

House Work

I hate house work I have never liked it. I can not seem to keep up on it which sucks. My wife is better then I am but that is not saying much. So as you might imagine the house gets dirty quick. It does not get filthy because we pull together when that is upon us but it is never truely clean unless some is going to visit. I just got done with the kitchen which is good. Now if I can keep my slef motivated I can ket to the living room and dinning room. Lisa is sleeping and she will help when I wake her up which is good. Oh well of to it we will see how far I get.
